Janitorial Cleaning

Recurring janitorial programs that hold a standard

Nightly, weekly or custom-frequency cleaning that keeps offices, retail and multi-tenant facilities consistently presentable.

Overview

Recurring janitorial work is judged on consistency. The floors, restrooms and touchpoints in your building either look right every morning or they do not, and the difference shows up in tenant complaints long before it shows up in a report.

We build a written scope around how your facility is actually used, then service it on a schedule that works around your operating hours. You get one point of contact who knows the building rather than a rotating call centre.

Who this is for

  • Property and facility managers with multi-tenant buildings
  • Office suites and professional practices
  • Retail operators who need overnight or before-open service
  • Schools, churches and community facilities
  • Government and municipal facilities
Scope

What’s included

A starting point, not a fixed menu. The final scope is written around your facility during the walkthrough.
  • Restroom cleaning, disinfection and consumable restocking
  • Hard floor vacuuming, dust mopping and damp mopping
  • Carpet vacuuming and spot treatment
  • High-touch point disinfection on door hardware, switches and rails
  • Break room, kitchen and common-area cleaning
  • Interior glass, partitions, mirrors and entry doors
  • Trash and recycling collection and liner replacement
  • Dusting of horizontal surfaces, vents, sills and fixtures
  • Entry and lobby detail so the first impression holds up
Process

How janitorial cleaning runs

  1. 01

    Walk the building

We tour the facility with you, note traffic patterns, surface types and the areas that generate complaints.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Every task is written down with a frequency attached, so both sides know what is being delivered nightly versus periodically.

  3. 03

    Service on schedule

A consistent crew works the building on the agreed schedule, around your hours rather than through them.

  4. 04

    Inspect and adjust

We walk the building with you periodically and adjust the scope as occupancy and use change.

FAQ

Janitorial Cleaning questions

Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes. Most commercial janitorial work is scheduled overnight, before opening or after close so that cleaning never interrupts your operation. Tell us your access requirements and we build the schedule around them.
How often should our facility be cleaned?
It depends on foot traffic, surface types and how public the space is. A high-traffic retail floor usually needs nightly service, while a small professional office may be well served weekly. We recommend a frequency during the walkthrough rather than quoting blind.
Do you offer contracts or work month to month?
Both. Most commercial clients work on a recurring service agreement at a set frequency. We are happy to discuss whichever structure suits your budgeting cycle.
Do you supply the equipment and consumables?
We bring our own cleaning equipment and supplies. Restroom consumables such as paper and soap can either be supplied by us or restocked from your inventory, whichever you prefer.
