Habibi’s Cleaning Service is a locally owned and operated cleaning contractor based in Scottsdale, Arizona, serving commercial facilities nationwide. The core of the business is commercial: recurring janitorial programs, phased post-construction cleaning, restorative floor care, window cleaning, waste removal and specialty work for medical and food service facilities.
The work in our gallery is our own: retail build-outs and mall tenants, pharmacy and convenience retail, restaurant kitchens and dining rooms, medical imaging suites, storefront glass and floor restoration. It is the clearest statement we can make about what we actually do.

We visit the property, look at surface types, traffic patterns and the areas that generate complaints, and ask how the building is actually used.

Customized scope
Every task is written down with a frequency attached. You can see exactly what is delivered nightly, weekly and periodically before anything is signed.

Proposal and scheduling
You get pricing against that written scope and a service schedule built around your operating hours, access requirements and start date.
